| Responsible for engineering evaluation and review, occupational safety and health, information management, and related tasks.

| Responsible for clerical, archival and general affairs, cashier operations, and other matters not assigned to specific units.

Accounting Office
| Responsible for budgeting, accounting, and statistical matters in accordance with related law and regulations.

Personnel Office
| Responsible for personnel management in accordance with the law and regulations.

Government Ethics Office
| Responsible for handling government ethics affairs.
