Scope:
This project includes two main structures: a 14-story office building at the front and a 6-story booster station and parking tower at the rear, as well as an underground distribution reservoir with a capacity of 100,000 m³. Project summary as follows:

3. Building Footprint (Building Coverage Ratio 40%): 5,507 m²
4.Total Floor Area (Floor Area Ratio 400%): 69,725 m²
(1) Office Building: 54,814 m²
(2) Booster Station and Parking Tower: 14,911 m²
5. Building Floors:
(1)Office Building: 2 basement levels and 14 floors above ground
(2)Booster Station and Parking Tower: 6 floors above ground
6.Structure Type: Reinforced concrete for both underground and above-ground structures
Benefits:
1.Construction of a 100,000-ton underground distribution reservoir, a 14-story office tower, and a 6-story booster station and parking facility.
2.Improves water supply pressure in eastern Taipei and, together with the Songshan Booster Station, establishes a dual-supply system. Increases Minsheng’s emergency water supply capacity from 2.4 to 3.6 hours to meet the growing water demand of the Nangang and Neihu science parks.
3.It offers over 16,000 ping (52,800 sqm) of office space, accommodating approximately 30 companies and creating around 2,000 job opportunities. By linking the Dunbei Financial District and the Minsheng Community Commercial Area, the project is expected to drive prosperity and grow.
