Scope:
This project aims to improve the existing drainage system by dividing the site into two catchment zones—southern and northern. The scope of work primarily includes: improvement of the drainage systems in both zones; construction of new pumping stations in the southern and northern zones; installation of effluent pipelines for the southern and northern pumping stations (including connection to Shaft No. 2); installation of electromechanical equipment for both pumping stations; overall landscaping works; and other miscellaneous construction tasks.
Benefits:
By integrating and upgrading the existing drainage system, the project significantly reduces flooding risk and maintenance costs, enhances the lifespan of the facilities, and improves operational stability. This helps minimize economic losses caused by natural disasters.
Project Cost: USD 4 million
Construction Period: August 2023 – May 2025
