Scope:
1.Civil Works: Pre-filtration basin, rapid sand filter basins, and clean water reservoir.
2.Mechanical and Electrical Works: First raw water meter room, pre-filtration treatment machinery and equipment, sluice gates and water level meters for the clear water reservoir, sluice gates and frames for the water diversion channel, and water level meters.
Benefits:
1.Increases the daily water output by 700,000 CMD, raising the total output of the Zhitan Water Treatment Plant from 2 million CMD to 2.7 million CMD.
2.Significantly enhances the supply to the Banxin area served by Taiwan Water Corporation (including Tamsui, Xizhi, Banqiao, Luzhou, Xinzhuang, Taishan, Wugu, Bali, and Tucheng), boosting capacity from over 200,000 to 530,000 CMD.
